BURKERT 20064753 Type 2032 Pneumatically Operated T-Diaphragm Valve

BURKERT Type 2032 pneumatically operated T-diaphragm valve with PPS actuator. Features stainless steel body, EPDM diaphragm, and weld end connections for hygienic applications up to 10 bar.

BURKERT 20064753 Type 2032 Pneumatically Operated T-Diaphragm Valve

BURKERT Type 2032 externally controlled diaphragm valve consists of a pneumatically operated piston actuator, a diaphragm, and a T-valve body. The proven and robust actuator with a plastic housing ensures use in hygienic or aggressive ambient conditions. The flow-efficient valve bodies with little dead space enable high flow rates and a wide range of possible uses. The valve body and the diaphragm are available in all common materials and variants. The actuator has a compact, autoclavable design (PPS variant). The integration of automation units is possible in all configuration levels. An explosion-proof ATEX/IECEx device variant is available.

WARNING

For low operating pressures, optional variants with reduced spring force (EC04) are recommended. Pressure data [bar]: Overpressure to atmospheric pressure. Static: When closed, the valve is pressurised on one side with the maximum operating pressure.

Installation

Installation position

Any installation position, preferably with the actuator facing up. The following installation positions are recommended for the installation of T-valve bodies in circular pipelines:

For supply of medium:

BURKERT 20064753 BURKERT Type 2032 recommended installation position for supply of medium

For removal of medium:

BURKERT 20064753 BURKERT Type 2032 recommended installation position for removal of medium

Weld the valve body into the pipeline

DANGER

Damage to the diaphragm or the actuator. The diaphragm and actuator can be damaged when welding the valve body into the pipeline. In the case of devices with a welded connection, remove the actuator and diaphragm from the valve body before installation.
