Armstrong Pressure Fog® is a highly efficient high-pressure micro-fog humidification solution. It effectively generates a rich water mist to increase relative humidity without the need for an air compressor, keeping the environment cool while saving energy costs. The Pressure Fog® humidification system is ideal for applications requiring large humidification capacity and minimal energy consumption.

The system utilizes a plunger pump to pressurize softened or purified tap water to 5-7 MPa. The pressurized water is then transported through piping to special nozzles, where it rotates at high speed and is sprayed into the air as 5-15μm ultra-micro fog particles. These particles absorb heat from the ambient air and vaporize from a liquid to a gaseous state, increasing the relative humidity (RH) and decreasing the air temperature. The entire humidification process is an isenthalpic process. The atomization system can generate a large amount of atomized particles without compressed air to improve relative humidity, lower ambient temperature, and save energy costs.
