BURKERT 20011445 Type 0330 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve, PP Body, 24V DC

Burkert 20011445 Type 0330 is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature solenoid valve. It features maintenance-free pivoted armature technology and a vibration-proof, block screwed coil system. The specific model 20011445 is configured as a 2/2-way normally closed (Circuit Function A) valve with a Polypropylene (PP) body and EPDM seal. Because the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, this valve is especially suitable for critical and aggressive media such as alkalis and acids to medium concentrations.

INFO

The device can be attached via the existing holes on the bottom side. The hole pattern is 38x24. For plastic bodies, use either self-tapping screws or a body with metric thread inserts. The maximum screw-in depth of 10 mm must be observed.

Installation and Safety

  • Installation Position: As required, preferably with the actuator upright.
  • Dirt Trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.
  • Duty Cycle: For PP body variants, 100% continuous operation is possible for the 5 W variant. For the 8 W variant, a 40% duty cycle (60% intermittent operation) in 30 min applies.

WARNING

Caution! Risk of breakage

  • Do not use the coil as a lever arm.
  • Use PTFE tape as a seal material.
  • Determine the maximum screw-in depth of the connection threads as these do not comply with any standard.

DANGER

Risk of injury from high pressure and electric shock

  • Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.
  • Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.
