Burkert 355831 Type 6027 direct-acting 2/2-way plunger solenoid valve. Features stainless steel body, 1.2mm orifice, oxide ceramic seal, and 230V AC coil. Suitable for high-pressure applications up to 250 bar.

BURKERT 355831 Type 6027 Direct-Acting 2/2-Way High-Pressure Solenoid Valve

Burkert Type 6027 (Article No. 355831) is a direct-acting plunger valve designed for high-pressure applications. The stopper and plunger guide tube are welded together to enhance pressure resistance and leak-tightness. Special seal technology, including oxide ceramics and FKM, is used to ensure reliable operation in high-pressure environments up to 250 bar. In combination with a plug in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 Form A, the valve satisfies protection class IP65.

Key Features

  • Direct-acting, powerful valve
  • Vibration-proof, bolted coil system
  • High pressure variants for gases and liquids up to 250 bar

Safety Instructions

Danger due to high pressure and electrical voltage

  • Before loosening lines and valves, turn off the pressure and vent the lines.
  • Before working on or inside the device or the system, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.
  • Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

Risk of burns from hot device surfaces

  • Do not touch the device with your bare hands. The coil can become very hot during continuous operation.

Installation Recommendations

  • Installation position: any, preferably with actuator on top.
  • Before installation, check pipelines for soiling and clean if necessary.
  • Install dirt trap at the valve inlet (0.2...0.4 mm).
  • Only use new seals.
