Yoshitake TF-2 Float Steam Trap for Steam Condensate

Yoshitake TF-2 is a mechanical steam trap designed for steam condensate applications, utilizing a lever float system to ensure reliable performance and a large continuous discharge capacity. It features a ductile cast iron body combined with a stainless steel valve disc and seat for excellent durability, along with a built-in air vent to prevent air-binding issues during operation. It supports a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa and temperatures up to 170℃. A related model, the TF-1, features a bronze valve and a JIS 10K RF flanged connection suitable for maximum pressures up to 0.3 MPa.

The discharge capacities shown in the table and chart are the maximum values. In designing a system, select a steam trap with a sufficient safety factor. In general, select a steam trap with a safety factor twice or threefold the regular level (three times to five times for TF-1).
