BURKERT 2186 Type 2000 pneumatically operated 2/2-way angle seat valve is designed for the controlled flow-rate of liquid and gaseous media. It features a stainless steel body with a weld end connection, a PA (Polyamide) actuator, and a PTFE seat seal. The reliable self-adjusting packing gland provides high sealing integrity. High flow rates are attained with the virtually straight flow path.

Control Function

Control function A (CF A): Pneumatically operated 2/2-way on/off valve. Normally closed by spring force.

Flow direction below seat: As the medium pressure is under the pendulum disc, this pressure contributes to the opening of the valve. The flow inlet is under the valve seat. This configuration is suitable for liquids, steam, and gases, and prevents water hammer.
