BURKERT 63119 Type 0330 Direct-Acting 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve

BURKERT 63119 Type 0330 direct-acting 2/2-way normally open solenoid valve. Features a 4.0mm orifice, PP body, EPDM seal, G1/4 thread, and operates at 230V (0-5 bar).

BURKERT 63119 Type 0330 Direct-Acting 2/2-Way Solenoid Valve

BURKERT 63119 is a specific configuration of the Type 0330 direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature valve. It is designed as a 2/2-way normally open (Circuit Function B) solenoid valve. The solenoid actuator and the medium chamber are separated from each other by a separating membrane system, making it especially suitable for critical or aggressive media such as acids and alkalis. This specific model features a polypropylene (PP) body, an EPDM seal, a 4.0 mm orifice, and operates at 230 V / 50 Hz within a pressure range of 0 to 5 bar.

Safety and Installation

DANGER!

Risk of injury from high pressure in the system/device

  • Before working on equipment or device, switch off the pressure and deaerate/drain lines.

Risk of injury from electric shock

  • Before working on the system or device, switch off the power supply and secure against reactivation.
  • Observe the applicable accident prevention and safety regulations for electrical devices.

WARNING!

Risk of burns or fire from hot device surfaces due to prolonged activation time

  • Keep the device away from highly flammable substances and media and do not touch with bare hands.

Installation Notes

  • Installation position: As required, preferably with actuator upright.
  • Dirt trap: For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.
  • Manual override: When manual override is locked, the valve cannot be electrically actuated.
